How High of Heels to Choose?

A symbol of glamour and femininity, heeled shoes allow us to gain height and lengthen our silhouette. But still, it is necessary to choose the right height of heels to avoid the sprains or the poorly assured steps in the street. Block heels, wedges or stiletto heels? We take stock of the different heel heights!
Many are fond of high heels, whether they are small, medium, tall or even dizzying.

They give the appearance by lengthening our silhouette and allow us to adopt a posture upright and assertive.

Socofy shoes

They are part of these indispensable accessories that we love. But you still have to know how to choose them! So, rather small heels or high heels?

Choose flat shoes
Moccasins, sandals, mules or ballerinas: as many flat shoes as we like for their comfort. No need to fear a sprain, you can frolic all day without pain.

The Socofy shoes have also managed to dethrone gradually the high-heeled shoes, a feat!

Be careful not to walk too often flat! This is not good for your arch, do not hesitate to vary the heel heights regularly.

Adopt small heels (0 to 5 centimeters)
The block heels and wedge heels are two types of small heels that can get high without too much difficulty.

If you are not comfortably perched on heels of ten centimeters, small heels are a good alternative!

The little roundheels is very fashionable right now. It's a way to vary the pleasures and change the classic square heel.

Wear medium heels (5 to 10 centimeters)
The average heels are the most popular because they allow lengthening the silhouette without being too giddy.

You can wear them both at work and in the evening, they adapt to your look!

To begin, we choose heels of 5 or 6 centimeters: perfect for training to walk with high heels!

We adopt derbies or leather boots for optimal support of the foot.

Dare high heels (more than 10 centimeters)
High heels are often reserved for parties or dinners at the restaurant. The shape that the foot takes when wearing high heels is anything but natural! Follow the pains and blisters.

To be comfortable with heels, the best is to opt for a plateau on the front of the shoe to reduce the arch of the foot.

Wide heels are preferred which are more comfortable and provide stability. As a bonus, they are right in the fashion trends of the moment!

Little tips for wearing high heels
When trying on your shoes in a store, always try both feet. You necessarily have one foot "stronger" than the other.
